Hotel Sunce’s spacious sea side dining room and luxurious open air terrace offers a generous menu of local and international cuisine in an atmosphere of modern elegance with magnificent panoramic sea and sunset views.
An offering of authentic Dalmatian flavours in traditional dishes such as roasted lamb, Dalmatian “peka” (mixed meats or seafoods with vegetables slow cooked over coal under a special iron lid) or Pašticada (saucy sweet and sour slow stewed meat served over gnocchi), fresh seafood meals made with grilled fish, shrimp, lobster or shellfish and a variety of international favourites are sure to please each taste and meet every dietary need.
Guests choosing to dine by Halfboard Offer may select from our two special daily menu options which include meat, fish and vegetarian dishes.
Our guests are invited to start each day with our full buffet style breakfast, served daily in Hotel Sunce’s restaurant and included in the price of your stay. Choose from a selection of fresh fruits, sliced meats and cheeses, breads, marmalades, yogurts and cereals as well as hot meat and egg dishes or simply enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of juice in the glorious morning sun.
With special banquet service and seating for up to 70 guests, Hotel Sunce’s sea side restaurant dining room and terrace is also an ideal setting for large group gatherings and special events.
Beach Bar
For those who just can’t tear themselves away from the beach or prefer a more casual dining atmosphere, Hotel Sunce’s Beach Bar offers the special ambiance of sea side drinks and dining without the restaurant formalities.
Guests appreciate cooling off with our wide selection of cold beverages, cocktails and ice cream cups while lounging on sunbeds or relaxing under shady umbrellas during the hot summer days and, with most of our restaurant dishes also served in the relaxed ambience of Hotel Sunce’s Beach Bar, dining while surrounded by sea and sunset is a treasured and memorable experience.
